By harnessing the power of Fiidom AI, the Fiidom extension calculates and suggests the best personalized prices as well as enables you to effortlessly generate AI-powered content for your products directly within popular dropshipping apps like DSers

Requirements

1. You installed the Fiidom app on your Shopify store, and have your Secret Key. To learn how to locate the Secret Key within the Fiidom app, please refer to this article.
2. You have installed the Fiidom extension on your browser.

How to integrate

To ensure proper functionality of the Fiidom extension within the DSers app, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Access and log in to your DSers account

Step 2: Upon logging in, you'll notice the Fiidom icon on the screen. If this is your first time using Fiidom on your device, proceed to step 3. Otherwise, you can skip to step 6.

Step 3: Click on "Connect store"

Step 4: Paste your Secret Key into the provided field, then press "Enter." Afterward, click the "Verify" button

Step 5: You'll receive a successful connection message as shown below

Step 6: Now that the integration is complete, you can use Fiidom on the Product details page within the Import List section of the DSers app before pushing products to your Shopify store.

How Fiidom works within the Import List section

On the DSers screen, navigate to the 'Import List' in the menu. Choose the product you want to work with and click 'Edit products' This will open the 'Edit Product Detail' screen where Fiidom offers two key features:

• Suggesting prices for product variants.
• Optimizing existing product content, including the Title, Specifications, and Overview

1. Suggesting prices for product variants

Setting the right price for a product, to ensure both competitiveness in the market and profitability for your business, is always a challenge for any business owner. Recognizing this need, we offer the 'Suggest Pricing' feature, which analyzes multiple factors, including the information you provide, to suggest the best price for each product, down to its variants.

Please note: This function is only available on the 'Variants' tab within the 'Edit Product Detail' screen

To assist our Fiidom AI in suggesting the right price, please follow these steps to provide the necessary information

Step 1: On the Variants tab screen, you'll notice the "Suggest price" button in the Fiidom bar. Click on it to initiate the pricing suggestion process.

Step 2: If your monthly quota is exhausted, and you are not on the highest plan (Enterprise), you will receive a recommendation to upgrade to a higher plan before can use the function. If you are already on the Enterprise plan and wish to continue using this function before next month, please reach out to us by email at support@fiidom.com to request unlocking the feature.

If your monthly quota is sufficient, please proceed with the following steps:

Step 3: Enter your Cost per Acquisition (CPA) which indicates how much it costs to get a single customer down your sales funnel, from the first touch point to conversion.

Step 4: Choose your preferred profit estimation method. 

There are two methods available: Fixed Profit and Price Multiplier. For more information about these methods, please refer to this article.

• If you select "Fixed Profit," enter the desired profit value.
• If you choose "Price Multiplier," input the Total Cost. You can find more details about the total cost in this article.

Step 5: Click "Suggest price" to initiate Fiidom AI's calculation process.

Step 6: After Fiidom AI finishes its calculations, a popup will appear if it can determine an appropriate price. You'll have two options to choose from:

• Apply the same price to all variants.
• Adjust prices for each variant based on its individual cost, if each variant has a unique cost.

If Fiidom AI cannot provide a recommended price, please review and revise your input information and try again.

2. Optimizing the existing product content

Please note: This function is accessible only in the 'Products' tab (for Title), and in the 'Description' section (for Specifications and Overview) within the 'Edit Product Detail' screen.

2.1 Optimize the product title

Step 1: On the "Products" tab screen, you'll find the "Optimize content" button in the Fiidom bar. Click on it

Step 2: Click on the "Optimize title" button to begin the content optimization process.

Step 3: Once Fiidom AI completes the optimization, a complete popup will appear. 

Notes:

1. If your monthly quota is exhausted and you are not on the highest plan (Enterprise), you will receive a recommendation to upgrade to a higher plan before using this function. If you are already on the Enterprise plan and want to continue using this function before the next billing cycle, please contact us via email at support@fiidom.com to request unlocking the feature.
2. Your title must contain at least one word for Fiidom AI to perform optimization; otherwise, there is no content to optimize.

2.2 Optimize the product specifications and overview

Follow the same steps as when optimizing the title, but this time, do it on the 'Description' tab to optimize the product specifications and overview

Note: to create a more comprehensive description, a minimum of 200 characters is required. You can include additional details about the product, so our AI can better understand and optimize it.
