Why can’t I select a shipping method

There are some situations where you can't select a shipping method.

Reason 1: Country not supported

Sometimes, it’s possible that a specific supplier will not ship the product to some countries.

So you can go to the AliExpress product detail page and click the Ships to section to check if the product supports your wanted destination country.

Reason 2: Quantity issue

In some cases, a specific supplier will not ship more than 1 or 2 products to some countries.

You can go to the AliExpress product detail page and change the Quantity from 1 to 2 or more to check if the supplier supports multiple products to ship to your customer. For example, when you change the quantity to 2 for a product, it may display “Can not deliver”.

Solution

If you want to avoid this kind of situation, you first need to check more carefully on AliExpress before importing the product.

For example, select different countries to see whether the supplier supports delivering to those locations where the majority of your customers come from or not. Or add more quantity to find out if the supplier is going to deliver multiple products in a single order.

In case you have an order waiting for fulfillment, you’ll need to replace another AliExpress supplier who offers a similar product and can deliver to your desired destination.
