Fix failed AliExpress orders due to lack of required information

According to AliExpress rules, customer details must include both a phone number and province. If either is missing, you will fail to place those orders to your suppliers. However, the Province field does not exist in certain countries, or customers may also leave the phone number blank at checkout, causing these required fields to be missing. 


For failed orders caused by phone number issues, you can enter your own phone number in Shopify. This will resync the information to Fiidom AI Dropship and allow you to continue fulfilling the order.


If an order fails due to province issues, you can enter a value in the Province field on Shopify to resync with Fiidom and proceed with fulfillment. Alternatively, if you place the order manually on AliExpress, you can select ‘Other’ in the Province field to bypass this limitation.
