Sync order status from AliExpress is a feature that allows you to synchronize AliExpress order status and tracking numbers to Fiidom AI Dropship manually in case you have the need.
After you pay for an order on AliExpress, it may take several hours for Fiidom AI Dropship to automatically update the order status to the Awaiting Shipment tab, depending on server load.
If you need to synchronize the order information more quickly due to an urgent order, follow these steps: Login to Fiidom > Order Center > Click Sync from AliExpress.
