Order status not changing on Fiidom AI Dropship

Fiidom AI Dropship will automatically synchronize all the order statuses and information between Fiidom and AliExpress. However, some of the synchronizations between the three platforms are not instantaneous.


For example, after you make a payment, or cancel an order, it can take you a few minutes to hours for your orders to be automatically synced to the Awaiting shipment tab or the Canceled & failed tab in Fiidom AI Dropship.


If you want to speed up the synchronization, you can manually synchronize AliExpress order status on Fiidom AI Dropship. Please note that manual syncs are limited to 5 times per day, with the limit resetting at 00:00 GMT.


Since everything runs via API, system limitations may slow synchronization between platforms. Fiidom is actively working hard to make this faster and smoother.
